Corporate Quality Policies

Integrated Specialized General Contracting Company W.L.L. (ISCCO) firmly believes that sound QMS performance is key to ensure sustainable business in all its EPC, maintenance, shutdown and turnaround activities in oil, gas and petrochemical industries by operating a Quality Management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO/TS 29001:2010. Thus, it shall be considered as an integral part in the business decision making process that is beneficial to all stakeholders of the Company.

ISCCO is committed to:

  • Satisfying applicable requirements by ensuring that customer’s and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood and consistently met.
  • Continual improvement of QMS by ensuring that the risks and opportunities that can affect conformity of products and services and the ability to enhance customer satisfaction are determined and addressed and the focus on enhancing customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Implement and maintain an effective QMS that provides guidance on objectives and performance standards and ensure that there is strong leadership and very clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for all levels of the organization.

  • Ensure that the quality policy and quality objectives are established for the QMS, and are compatible with the context and strategic direction of the Company.
  • Ensure that the resources needed for the QMS are available; including training, support, work environment and encouragement, and communicate the importance of effective quality management and of conforming to the ISO 9001:2015 & ISO/TS 29001:2010 requirements.
  • This policy will be communicated to all employees and available to all the stakeholders.
  • Employees and other interested parties are expected to co-operate and assist in the implementation of this policy, which will lead them to improve theirs and our performance.

This policy will be reviewed annually in the Management review meeting and where deemed necessary will be amended and re-issued.

(ISCCO) firmly believes that sound HSE performance is key to ensure sustainable business in all its EPC, maintenance, shutdown and turnaround activities in oil, gas and petrochemical industries. Thus, it shall be considered as an integral part in the business decision making process that is beneficial to all stakeholders of the Company.

ISCCO is committed to:

  • Achieving Zero Incidents.
  • Providing a system of work that shall eliminate or prevent or reduce risks as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).
  • Minimizing the impact of our activities on the environment.
  • Complying with applicable legal regulations and requirements in the locations in which we operate.

To achieve the aforementioned objectives, we will:

  • Develop and implement an effective HSEMS that provides guidance on objectives and performance standards and ensure that there is strong leadership and very clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for HSE at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide necessary resources for effective HSEMS implementation.
  • Implement hazard identification and risk assessment-based approach with its activities and provide control measures to eliminate or reduce the risks to a level as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).
  • Devise Emergency response system which shall mitigate adverse effects and business disruption arising from any emergencies.
  • Establish internal & external communication systems and to achieve mutual understanding of HSE objectives and expectations.
  • Facilitate relevant trainings to all for improvement in HSE awareness, competency and encourage active employee and concerned parties participation and consultation while risk assessment, incident investigations, HSE & welfare committee meetings, suggestion schemes, HSE performance awards as required.
  • Evaluate continually by conducting HSE reviews and audits in order to identify shortcomings within the organization and conformance and compliance with internal and external bench marking.
  • Review HSE policy periodically to ensure continual improvement in HSE performance.

All interested parties are expected to strictly adhere to this policy to achieve a desired positive HSE culture that empowers anyone to intervene and stop any unsafe work

Integrated specialized General Contracting Company W.L.L. (ISCCO) firmly believes that an effective and sound Energy performance is key to ensure sustainable business in all its EPC, Maintenance, Refurbishment of plant outage turnaround activities in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Power & Water industries. Thus, it shall be considered as an integral part in the business decision making process that would be beneficial to all stakeholders of the Company.

ISCCO is committed to:

  • To achieve a long- term reduction in our energy consumption. We will adopt a multipronged approach to continually improve energy efficiency in all our processes that affect energy consumption and including improving energy control equipment and system requirements.
  • Establish a frame work for setting and reviewing our energy objectives and targets. This should ensure that necessary resources are allocated and information is available to encourage meeting the objectives. We will review the targets annually.
  • Set Energy performance indicators and establish a clear reporting structure with defined responsibilities, for continual improvement.
  • Regularly monitor our energy consumption and produce an annual report. We will highlight different factors that are responsible for energy consumption; In addition we will aim to continually improve the existing monitoring system.
  • Ensure continual improvement on energy reduction by keeping company’s staff, employees and stakeholders informed.
  • Comply with applicable legal and other requirements related to organization’s energy use, consumption and efficiency.
  • Supports the purchase of energy efficient products and services and design for energy performance related to organization’s businesses.

The Energy policy will be available to the stakeholders, employees through our notice board and web page. The energy policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary.
